Trade Missions to Central Europe
Our Pre-Mission Requirements
We require the cooperation of our potential clients to observe the following proess if they are keen to maximize their time spent while in Central Europe. They have to:
1. Confirm their intention to join the trade mission at least two months before the event. This will allow us to do some preparatory work, including a short survey. If we do not have this two months' lead, the short survey will not be done.
2. Upon confirmation of their intention, place a deposit of S$2000 per pax. With this deposit, we will proceed to canvas our contacts in Central Europe to find the people they want to meet when they come over.
(If we cannot find the people they want and you decide not to go, this deposit is returned, less S$800 which would be spent on promotion and marketing on your behalf.)
3. The budget for each business mission will be less than S$5000, inclusive of airfare, accomodation, meeting rooms, internal transport, sightseeing and group dining where necessary.
4. Meanwhile, the delegate have to prepare the following materials upon confirmation and submit them within a week of confirmation:
a) Company Profile
b) List of requirements and expectations for the selection of the potential meeting partner or client
c) List of samples, etc. to be checked or discussed
One month before the mission when the potential partner is found, our local delegates will also be informed of further requirements, if any, from the foreign delegates so that both are meeting with the correct expectations.
* We have to caution that this state of affairs is contingent upon our delegates following this sequence of requirements. If delegates delay or are not firm in making their intention, we may be unable to follow this process strictly and this may degrade the quality of your meeting with your counterparts in Europe.
